This is the Company's corporate policy statement. It is disseminated
to all staff in the Company and is intended to provide a broad guideline
for direction in quality by the management. It is to be understood,
implemented and maintained at all levels in the Company. It
is reviewed constantly by the top management so as to reflect the
thoughts of management pertaining to quality.
Environmental Policy
ISK-S is committed to environmental protection in the manufacturing
of Titanium Dioxide (TiO2).
To fulfill this commitment, we :

Will comply with applicable environmental, safety and health
legislation and
regulations in Singapore. |

Have implemented an integrated environmental and safety management
system which addresses :

Significant environmental impacts of our activities
relating to air emission, wastewater discharge and solid waste disposal. |

Known and potential safety and health hazards relating
to the use and handling of hazardous materials in the work environment. |

Will strive for continual improvement by setting and reviewing
environmental objectives and targets, through programmes in pollution prevention,
waste minimisation, energy and resource conservation; safety objectives and targets,
through programmes in hazard analysis, accident preventions & occupational
health. |

Will train all employees on emergency procedures, environmental and
safe work practices and communicate with contractors and service-providers
so as to enhance environmental and safety awareness and emergency
preparedness. |

matters concerning our business with our contractors, customers and related

ISK Employees
Our employees are trained in
the various operations of the chloride process technology, including gaseous reactions,
slurry operation and powder handling with emphasis on continuous improvement in quality,
safety, health and environment. Workers work round the clock and record high level of
